Hollandaise Sauce

Hollandaise Sauce

1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp ground mustard
2 cups water
3 TBSP vegan margarine
2 TBSP lemon juice

In a small saucepan, mix all ingredients together. Whisk over medium-low heat, until
thickens to desired consistency. If it get to thick, whisk in a little water. Adjust
seasonings, if necessary.

Makes 6 servings
